I called Mark as my washing machine was not heating up, with 3 kids getting back to school I really needed someone to help and quick. He explained his charges over the phone and was at my home the same day. He explained what the problem was and had the new heating element in his van. I was up and running and the kids uniforms were looking good. I really would use Mark for any problems with my appliances again as the service was great and the total bill was less than Zanussi wanted to charge just to get to my front door!
